Stainless steel wire mesh is a type of woven metal. Known for its exceptional strength and long lifespan, the material is essential not only to various industries but also for a wide range of home applications.
WELDED WIRE MESH
Welded wire mesh products are offered as peer BS Standards in Mild Steel Black Finish, Hot Dip Galvanized Steel & other special alloys. Weld Mesh is one of the most versatile of all wire cloth products. Weld mesh is welded steel wire mesh manufactured from bright drawn mild steel wire, electrically welded at all intersections. It is produced with a copper washed finish and can be hot dip galvanized after manufacture. Because it is welded, it can be cut or bent to the shapes required without the wires falling apart and forms its own selvage when cut flush. Weld mesh is available in panels in a variety of wire diameters and meshes up to 8”. The physical properties of the wires are rigidly are controlled to produce a welded mesh which has maximum weld strength.
Stainless Steel Wire Mesh
Type 304 stainless steel wire mesh is the most extensively used material in the industrial wire cloth world. Type 304 ( SS304) is the basic stainless steel alloy and is often referred to as 18-8 stainless steel An extensive range of stainless wire woven mesh available in both grades 304 and 316 Both mesh comes in various sizes and thickness and the roll sizes of 304 grade is 1 mtr width x 30 mtr long as for 316 grade comes in 1.2 mtr width x 30 mtr long shims and wires
Stainless Steel Shims have very smooth surfaces and precise thickness. They are perfect for spacing items axially down a shaft. They are commonly used to provide that extra bit of clearance necessary between a bearing and an adjacent rotating component.
Brass Shim
Brass Shim is made from a half hard, cold rolled, 260 alloy brass. Shims made from brass are often used for applications where low friction is required and also used for decoration for its bright gold-like appearance.
Roll size : 6″ x 100″
Stainless Steel Shim
Shim stock is used to make shims to create support, level an object, or ensure a tighter fit among parts. Stainless steel shim stock is a particularly durable type of shim stock and is appropriate for several applications including axle shims, tool and die alignment, and arbor spacers. They are also used for leveling as in a motor mount shim, aligning a shaft and a motor as in an alignment shim, or for reducing a gap between two parts
